Abstract

        The goal of the research is to identify the impact of the training program based on the theory of cognitive flexibility and its impact on systemic thinking among middle school teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, an experimental design was adopted for two equal groups, experimental and control, with a pre-test (for the purposes of equivalence) and to demonstrate the effect of the pre-post test with partial control Relative to a variable Systemic thinking for teachers of educational psychology. The two samples were rewarded with a number of variables, and consisted of (35) teachers and schools (18) for the experimental group and (17) for the control group. A systemic thinking test consisting of (25) items was prepared, cted. Good and appropriate statistical methods were used.
