Abstract

The current research aimed to investigate the relationship between self-reflection and future thinking among a sample of university students, numbering (400) male and female students, including (200) male and (200) female students. The self-reflection scale was built based on what Bandura proposed, and the main dimensions that were adopted were adopted. Defined by this theory, the future thinking scale was adopted based on Adler's definition. The two tools were subjected to statistical analysis procedures, and the correlation coefficient was calculated to determine the relationship between self-reflection and future thinking. The results showed that the level of self-reflection is higher than the community average, meaning that university students enjoy a high degree of self-recognition. They also showed that future thinking is higher than the community average, meaning that university students do not enjoy persuasion, and that there is a positive correlation between self-recognition and future thinking, according to... For the research results, a number of recommendations and proposals were included
